The one movie I would always prefer to watch at any time of my life where Aamir Khan aka Aakash comes in with the full sort of fun loving & happening type of person to whom the word “enjoyment” is totally defined for. Aakash is the one such person being portrayed in this movie who has the least concern about “what others might think” when he speaks or even behaves, but he always has the upper hand of creating a sarcastic scene out of nowhere, and this is what makes him the “Aaaaakash” (from the voice of the slimmest girl).
Aakash, in the moive has shown his character so loud that it touches me in my life, I remember that it was August 2008 when I saw this movie all by myself in the hostel & I always felt that Aakash is once such person like whom I want to be in my life, the most fun-loving kind of, with no regrets at all about how he wants his life to be programmed? All he ever thought that what is it that I will do so that no one else gets troubled & I will have a better way of thinking every time I meet new people.
Aakash, has taught me to think not so seriously in life :-p & this has made me a really different human being after all these years of my life. Because at that stature life was worth enjoying rather than being tensed about.
He felt that friends are all we have in our life & must for sure enjoy the life we are gifted by the Almighty! So I, for the next many years started to think that yes that is a fact which I have had never given a deeper thought, all I was ever doing is deep-thinking for over any conversation with the near & dear ones in my life.
People think its not worth it to live a non-serious life because this type of life can be lived by the ones who have been selfish & mean. But people are not the ones who will come ahead & always say what is good & what not ? Will they ? – I do not feel so so…
But never mind, this thought from others is not so worth as it is to think about our own-self before we think that people will say this way. Because we are the sole creators of what we are willing to behave & what we are not, and that is all what matters the most.
Aakash, always used to make fun of Samir & Sid on their talks about love & painting respectively. Samir had a tick in himself that he loved the woman with whom he was for months, but when a hitch came & Aakash hit the telephone line with the girl Samir was having in his life, the very second minute Samir was at her door step but speechless came back from the scene & accepted that the choice was haywire.
Now comes Aakash, he too got hit by ZINTAs fiancée, on the prank that was for his (Aakash) first eyes on drawing made by Sid. Poor Aakash never had a feeling that the said words (sarcastic in his mind) on his knees would be coming out in such a serious & heart throbbing manner.
That is when the movie says Aakash has a story to be told to the audience.
